We had the pleasure of reimagining every detail of this 12,000 square foot Spanish style estate, blending modern sophistication with its timeless architecture.
From the moment you drive up, to the serene poolside views, our focus was on creating a seamless experience of luxury, quality, and breathtaking design elements.
The homeowner envisioned a modern aesthetic that would honor the home’s Spanish roots. Every decision, from the expansive owner’s retreat to the curated art collection, was carefully researched and crafted. Marble slab walls and floors, custom lighting, and Waterworks plumbing fixtures define the new “his and her” primary baths. Stunning wall coverings were chosen to create distinctive backdrops, adding personality and elegance to each space.
One highlight of the home is the tranquil meditation room, designed to align the mind and body in harmony with the estate’s grandeur. The curated art collection became the heart of the design process, with each room influenced by these bespoke pieces. Custom furnishings by Bridges Brown Interiors blend with design icon pieces, antiques, and contemporary selections to maintain the perfect balance between modernity and tradition.
The client’s love for stone is reflected throughout the home, with beautiful applications of marble, quartzite, and travertine, which elevate the overall aesthetic. In collaboration with Premier Pools and Landscape DFW, the outdoor spaces have been entirely transformed into a resort-like retreat. A luxurious pool, spa, and outdoor cabanas complete with a kitchen create a vacation-at-home atmosphere. meticulous landscaping ties the outdoor experience together, providing the perfect escape into nature’s beauty.
This project stands as a true testament to the intersection of timeless design, modern luxury, and detailed craftsmanship.
